Profile

Erica has been teaching at Valley since 2001 and has taught the 1st through 4th grades. She notes that Valley is a special place because students feel safe taking risks in and outside of the classroom. Erica loves getting her hands dirty and creating with students, whether working on artistic components of culminating projects or constructing forts and obstacle courses at recess. Outside of school, Erica enjoys reading historical fiction, playing tennis, and rooting on her daughter’s softball teams.
