Eleanor loves that Valley feels like a home for students, families, and faculty and might feel particularly at home teaching here because she is a Valley alumna! She has been teaching since 2020 and joined the Valley faculty in 2025. Eleanor notes that learning at Valley feels like a meaningful adventure in every grade, and especially in Kindergarten. One being she hasn’t been able to coax toward more adventure is her golden retriever Hazel, who still won’t swim after many years of trying. Outside of school, Eleanor enjoys reading biographies and autobiographies, painting, and singing.
