Julie Lubeck-Hofer
Director of Student Services
Julie enjoys the interesting, knowledgeable, and collaborative community at Valley and is impressed by how they meet diverse and complex student needs. Her favorite teaching moments are seeing kids light up when they realize they can read. Originally from St. Louis, Julie has been teaching since 2001, moved to Seattle in 2018, and joined the Student Services Department at Valley in 2023. Outside of school, you’ll find her hiking, reading fiction by female authors, and rooting on the Ballard FC and her teenage sons’ soccer teams.
