Application Process

Application Steps

• Create an account and submit your application in Ravenna (required). Email Rebecca Klein to request an application fee waiver if you need one.
  
  
• Tour our campus (required). See our students and teachers in action and stroll through our nature-filled campus! During the fall and winter we host weekly, morning tours. Once our initial application deadline has passed, email Rebecca Klein to arrange a tour 
  
  
• Attend our Open House (optional). Our Open House is on Saturday, December 13, at 10:00 a.m. This an adults-only event. Register in Ravenna so we know to expect you!
  
  
• Submit an application for financial aid in Clarity (optional). More information is available on our Tuition and Financial Aid page. 
  
  
• Participate in a Family Conversation (required). We look forward to learning more about your student and family and to answering your questions during a 20-to-30 minute virtual meeting. You will be able to register for a family conversation once you have submitted your application. 
  
  
• Bring your child to a Child Visit Day (required). Our teachers love meeting Valley applicants. Visit Days occur in late February and early March and otherwise by appointment. You will be able to sign up for a Child Visit after completing all other steps in the application process.
