Application Process

Deadlines for the 2026-2027 School Year

If you are interested in applying for the 2025-2026 school year, reach out to Rebecca Klein directly.

Application Steps

  • Create an account and submit your application in Ravenna (required). Email Rebecca Klein to request an application fee waiver if you need one.

  • Tour our campus (required). Tours are held on Wednesday mornings from November 5 through January 28, or by appointment. Register in Ravenna. 

  • Attend our Open House (optional). Our Open House is on Saturday, December 12, at 10:00 a.m. This an adults-only event. Register in Ravenna so we know to expect you!
  • Submit an application for financial aid in Clarity (optional). More information is available on our Tuition and Financial Aid page. 

  • Participate in a Family Conversation (required). We look forward to learning more about your student and family and to answering your questions during a 20-minute virtual meeting. You will be able to register for a family conversation once you have submitted your application. 

  • Bring your child to a Child Visit Day (required). Our teachers love meeting Valley applicants. Visit Days occur in late February and early March. More information will be available after January 15.
