Pre-K Visits Dogle City Zoo

They wrote up an informative paragraph, made an illustration, and then, as part of the culminating project, each student created a clay version of their animal and a diorama zoo habitat..Altogether, the dioramas created one large international zoo in the classroom. When Carrie, our third grade teacher (and unofficial Mayor of Dogle City), stood back to admire the zoo, one of her first thoughts was to share it with pre-k students as they too have been busy learning about all kinds of animals, habitats and even constructing their own awesome pet rock houses this year.
