The trip was funded by The Valley School TIP fund (Teacher Inspiration Program) which was established in November 2012 with funding from the annual Valley School auction. The goal of the program is to fulfill individual and group professional development goals that enrich classrooms and are driven by their specific grade level school curriculum. The TIP fund is separate from our teacher development fund, which funds strategic needs of teaching and development, such as continual education and certification.
