We first gather as a school in the Big Room, then lower school families will head to their teachers while the upper school families stay in the Big Room to hear about specialists. Then we switch and the lower school families will head to the Big Room to hear from specialists and the upper school families will head to their classrooms. We end at roughly 7:45 p.m.
