Jeff Lee, MD, author and family physician in the Seattle area, will speak at The Valley School. His topic for the evening will be "Fostering Resilience: The Modern Parent’s Delicate Dance Between Holding On and Letting Go." Jeff's monthly column "The Dad Next Door" has appeared in Seattle's Child Magazine since July 2010. The column combines storytelling, advice, humor and commentary to explore the world of parenting from a father’s perspective.
Doors open at 6:15 pm for a light dinner. The 90 minute discussion will begin at 6:30 pm and childcare will be provided for Valley School families (age 3 and up).
