Valley School was represented in first, third, fourth and fifth grades. Coach Bill Schill was on hand to review games with our players as they came out of each of their five rounds. The Valley School captured two trophies (4th and 8th places among all the fifth graders) and three Valley players have qualified for the Washington State Chess Championship that will be held in Tacoma in April.
